Share classes definition
Companies that issue multiple share classes usually identify them in alphabetical order, such as Class A shares or Class B shares. The different share classes usually correspond to the different rights of their owners, especially in the area of voting rights.
Class divisions usually occur when the owners of a company want to sell most of the company's shares, but at the same time want to retain decision-making power. It is important for the investor to know which share class he buys.
