Sleduje pohyb ceny pr\u00e1ce, co\u017e zahrnuje mzdy, okrajov\u00e9 v\u00fdhody (fringe benefits), bonusy zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm na v\u0161ech podnikov\u00fdch pozic\u00edch. Mzdy tvo\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 75% hodnoty indexu.<\/p>\n<p>Jedin\u00e1 v\u00fdhoda, kter\u00e1 se nezahrnuje do indexu ceny pr\u00e1ce je (employer stock options), co vlastn\u011b zam\u011bstnavatele nic nestoj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00da\u0159ad pr\u00e1ce sleduje v\u00edce ne\u017e 3000 firem soukrom\u00e9ho sektoru a v\u00edce ne\u017e 500 m\u00edstn\u00edch st\u00e1tn\u00edch organizac\u00ed, \u0161kol a dal\u0161\u00edch organizac\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho sektoru. Fed pozorn\u011b sleduje ECI, proto\u017ee tento index se pova\u017euje za varovn\u00fd sign\u00e1l inflace. Jenda z jeho hlavn\u00edch siln\u00fdch str\u00e1nek je schopnost zastavit zm\u011bny ve mzd\u00e1ch a benefitech jako \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed celkov\u00e9 kompenzace, jako\u017e i schopnost pouk\u00e1zat na r\u016fst t\u011bchto prom\u011bnn\u00fdch. Zahrnut\u00ed \u010dasov\u00e9 a \u00fakolov\u00e9 mzdy p\u0159edstavuje v\u00fdhodu nad ostatn\u00edmi platebn\u00edmi m\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b + rozd\u011blen\u00ed podle profese, odv\u011btv\u00ed a regionu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slab\u00e9 str\u00e1nky:<\/strong><br \/>\nJeliko\u017e tyto \u00fadaje se vyd\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u010dtvrtletn\u011b, nejsou velmi p\u0159esn\u00e9.
