Balanced Fund Definiton

A category of mutual funds that diversify the portfolio through the distribution of assets between bonds, stocks, privileged stocks, thereby seeking to ensure stable income and growth. These funds also have the name hybrid funds.

To identify the investment style of these funds, Morningstar analyzes them for them: the investment-style matrix of the fund specializing in equities and the investment-style matrix of the fund specializing in fixed income securities.
